He immediately jumped into personal development and immersed himself in the material, growing his sales and motivational skills.  He would motivate his sales teams, teaching and modeling what he was learning, leading to many awards and accomplishments. Michael's passion for personal growth & development led him to Bob Proctor and eventually led him to follow in Bob Proctor's footsteps by becoming a Proctor Gallagher Consultant. As a Proctor Gallagher Consultant, Michael helps people become the best versions of themselves both personally & professionally.
